Wellness Counseling

This is a program designed for basically healthy people, with no major medical concerns, who want to maximize all the potential and goodness they can get from their diet and lifestyle.

WHY SEEK THE HELP OF A CLINICAL DIETITIAN?

Most people learn about nutrition from the lay media, from friends and family. Clinical dietitians are experts in nutrition science who complete a bachelor’s degree (at least 4 years), followed by an internship, and who pass a national credentialing exam before they can practice. Like physicians, dietitians must keep ongoing continuing professional development in their area of expertise, to keep their licenses.
